Pay transparency is a crucial tool for collective power among creative workers. When we share what we earn, we build real worker leverage, ensure everyone is paid fairly for similar work, and help each other spot bad-actor clients before taking on exploitative contracts.

We’re gathering anonymous rate data to build an open reference resource that puts negotiating power back in the hands of freelance animators. By sharing your numbers, you help strengthen our collective bargaining position across the industry.
